Volunteer Role Overview

As a volunteer, you will:

• Support individuals in arts, dance, and cultural workshops.
• Promote positive mental and physical health through creative activities.
• Assist with community events, performances, and exhibitions.
• Encourage confidence, social connections, and skill development.

Support for Volunteers

• Regular check-ins with your Programme Coordinator.
• Opportunities for further training and skill development.
• Reimbursement of reasonable expenses (travel, materials, etc.).

Health & Safety

• Follow all health and safety guidelines during activities and events.
• Report any concerns or incidents to the Programme Coordinator.

Volunteer Expectations

• Treat all participants with respect and dignity.
• Be punctual and reliable for scheduled sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding participant information.
• Act as an advocate for inclusion and challenge stereotypes when necessary.
